Recommended for students
with real experience and or who have attended one or both of our
beginners/intermediate courses previously. Once students reach
our advanced class we generally invite them to join our agency
and would expect them to be getting auditions within a few
months of starting and securing small parts not too long after. For students who
have not come through the NFD beginners, intermediate classes
system, entry to this class is by audition only so please contact
us for further details. Once students have been in this class
for a few months we would expect to be inviting them to appear
in our show case internet soap "Platform 2c". This class covers
acting and auditions in much much greater detail that other
classes with a great deal of time spent on actually filming
students. The advanced class works as a general drop in
session for when you can make it you turn up. However we would recommend for
maximum benefit you need to attend all sessions and as an
absolute minimum turning up for at least two every month as
lower than that students tend to go backwards way. All actors
need continual training to have the very best chance of success,
any actor who thinks he or she doesn't need training will quite
simply fail. Price is £20 per session you attend, payable on the night or £15 by direct
debit. As well as the Monday night you can expect to spend a significant amount
of hours out on set training and filming so represents extremely
good value for money. Filming and playing back a lesson in a
room is one thing BUT filming you out on set in a real scene is
so much better and rewarding!
